[q] help- xperia z imei gone -unknown baseband version

How to fix Xperia z imei and baseband problem locked bootloader and at 4.1.2 firmware 10.1.A.1.434, no root
Does anybody have a clue about whats going? on I was on 4.3 rooted, then after my battery ran out i connected to the charger and turned on - said updating nfc then it reboot and stuck on lock screen i downgraded to 4.1.2 via flashtool and got the problem of -no sim card inserted , no wifi , no imei , unknown baseband version.
What can i do?
BY THE WAY THIS IS MY FIRST POST SO DONT GET MAD AT ME I DID SOMETHING WRONG or POSTED IN WRONG SECTION.

Why don't you update or flash Lolipop via flashtool.? A clean flash will solve ur problem. Make sure u have selected ur regional ftf

U can easily take kernel only from an ftf bro. Like i said download one ftf and flash it via flashtool. While flashing exclude all except Kernel.sin and FOTAKernel.sin. Done..

dude, my phone got this issue too, if you've solved this, can you share it to me dude? because i am stuck with bootloop issue to when flashing stock fw!
