[Q] home & back buttons problem

Hi, I just bought a new mi3 smartphone, the smartphone works perfect except from 1 problem, the back & home buttons not working fine. sometime it working fine, but sometime it not working at all. I want to try to flash a new version from the link above: http://en.miui.com/download-101.html (the stable rom), but im afraid that it can't return the phone because maybe it problem in the phone and not in the android.

What to do? To try flash new official rom or to return the phone?

No, it started immediately on the first turn on.

No, it started immediately on the first turn on.

In that case, it is better you return the phone and get a replacement or something... Why take a chance if you have the option of getting a refund or a replacement...
