[Q] How can I make my Evo give stronger preference to 4G?

There are a few 4G towers in the area where I work. When I'm outside, standing in a certain area, and luck is on my side, my phone connects to LTE and it's great. However, it seems to give such a stronger preference to the 3G signal.

If I go into EPST and set it to CDMA LTE Only, it works greats. However, that's not very convenient as as soon as I come inside or leave work, I have to go back into EPST and change it back so I can get 3G.

Anyway to force my Evo to prioritize an available 4G connection over 3G always?

I've tried messing with these options already. None of them seem to make it any better?

Any other suggestions?
