[Q] How do I customise the swipe-down quick settings?

It says USB tethering but I want wifi-AP. What do I need to do to get it customised?

How do I switch to the other side of the tile?
What if I want two separate icons?

EDIT: found it. click on the tile icon. Amazing design

I wish the "torch" application as back, though. That strobe was great - but the blue light is also great.
