@shivasrage: If you're going to make a M4 resurrection thread for us noobs, I could help you with translating (or by correcting anything/something).
I wanted to do something in return for your help, so I'm surely willing to help you with that. My English is a bit rusty though, I haven't been translating for over a year, (I did some work on Airdroid and tourist websites back in the days) but I am sure we can make this work and make an understandable thread for everyone.

I had similar issues with adb. First, when I was in bootloader or fastboot, adb would not work. ADB only worked when I was in recovery. And even then it would work when I used Clockworkmod but not TWRP. Kind of weird. Later on, ADB wouldn't work at all and the problem was on my computer's end. In device manager the One Mini would show up with an exclamation point. The fix was to update driver, look manually, choose from list, and then pick either the My HTC option or Android Device or something like that (sorry for the inexact instructions, going from memory). Until you're able to type "adb devices" and it actually list something, you won't be able to push anything.

ive bought an otg cable and boot into recovery and click mount and dont see the usb drive. do i have to prepare the usb drive specially?

Select Mount USB, press back, install, up a level, scroll down to USB otg
