I manually updated my gwatch, to do that I had to turn developer options on. (for adb).
How do I turn it off now?

How do I turn it off now?

Disable whatever you enabled in the Developer Options and you'll be as you were before functionally speaking.

But if you want to totally get rid of the Developer Option now visible in your settings, you'll need to totally reset.
