[Q] How do I use a Nandroid backup?

I was just wondering how I use the recovery.img that I got when i backed up my DS7. In Rom Manager i click "use this backup" or whatever and it just reboots normally... Help Please?!

When you select nandroid you get to either do a full back or recovery. When you select recovery you get to pick full or selective recovery. Select full recovery and navigate to the /rom_backup folder and then choose which backup to restore if you have more than one

This only worked for me once DS7 was rooted with gingerbreak ( very easy ) When you click on back up and DS7 reboots soon as the screen goes black hold volume up and power, this took me to dell slate UI back up, click on update via .apk that's on sdcard, DS7 then will boot into cloakworkrecovery
