[Q] how to change IMEI

Simple question how change IMEI number in a HTC explorer? Is there any guide about it?
I don't wana do nothing illegal son't worry.

I think changing your imei is also considered illegal.. Not sure about it though..

The htc has no IMEI at the moment...I wanna use the same IMEI is written in the box or in the phone, I would take it to service, but vodafone told me HTC make me pay if they notice I play with bootloader and rom...

Even the act of changing it is illegal in most countries even if you're not planning to do something illegal

And currently there are no software based methods for changing IMEI on the explorer. Security on HTC's low-end devices are hard to break, while high-end devices can be easily broken

But how did you obtain a phone without IMEI?
