Then if you ask this, you can't do this.
Porting an OS is a very tough and long work.
Maybe someone will start a port of android to Wave Y ?
So wait and have a look sometimes on xda, maybe you will see once a android project for Wave Y

Please stop opening multiple threads about one and the same topic:

People already told you it`s very complicated to port Android on Bada devices and devs have their full attention on mainly the S8500/S8530 devices and newly also the S8600 device BUT NOT THE WAVE Y DEVICE
Asking the devs the same question all over again won`t make them doing it for you.
