Anyone know how to do this? I've tried many different methods but none seem to work so I'm assuming the command to disable it is somewhere in the systemui smali.
Basically I'm trying to do the opposite of this:

rather than hiding the statusbar and keeping the pull down, I'm trying to disable the pull down but keep the status bar.
