[Q] How to disable Talkback with just touch?

Was setting up a new Z3 and somehow I accidentally turned on Talkback accessibility. google searches just turn information on how to turn it off through settings which I couldn't access yet as it was a new device. How do you turn the thing off with just gestures/keys?

When talkback is on, you need to double-tap to select things and use two fingers to scroll.
