[Q] How to fix declining app purchases

Hi. I'm running embroyo 2.8 and I can't seem to be able to buy anything off the marketplace. It says it is declined. Is there a way to fix this for this cfw, or do I need to go back to stock?

Try clearing market cache/data as well as Google Services Frameworks cache/data. Then reboot.
