[Q] How to flash to 7.8

Hi All

I am very new to windows phones. I like taking my phone to its limmits. I want to flash my lumia 800 rm801 to 7.8stock. How do i do this. ive read about navifirm and zune. Can you please give me a noob guide to flash a stock nokia lumia 800 to 7.8.
