[Q] How to go back to 2.1 from CM6(froyoboard) X10 mini pro

a friend of mine wants to try CM6 on his x10 mini pro and if he doesn't like it he'd like to go back to stock 2.1, so how can he install 2.1 from CM6?? can he make a backup using Xrecovery then install it back??

Download SonyEricsson Update Service From Sonyericsson Website

Then Click Repair the phone


U Will get 2.1 Android Version

if he backup using xrecovery before apply the rom so,yes,he can now restore to 2.1 by using restore function of xrecovery
if not,just install SE update service,connect your phone and follow the instruction

I would recommend the SE Update restore, will loose programs and all data but time I tried to do a restore back from a backup ended up making my phone a bit buggy and did a fresh flash anyhow.

But if you have a backup can try first as everyone gets different results

If backup is the problem then u can use titanium backup pro to backup all apps and restore it and its saved only on sdcaard so no problem and u can use sms backup and rstore app for backing up sms
