Hi. Is there any way, how to play full HD (1440x1080) MTS video on this device? I use MX player, it does not work with HW decoder, only SW. I have installed MX player codec ARM V7, I used also Neon version. The video plays, but not smoothly and the sound is not synchronized with the video.

BS player did not work well, VLC player either. It is so slow CPU or the graphics device does not support this video format?

Thanks for the help.

Ok, it seems that the only way, how to play the video smoothly, is NOT to enable deinterlacing. It is not enabled by default and enabling cause better picture, but poorer performance. If disabled, the video playback seems to be smooth and synchronized with sound. The only supported decoder is SW.

It only supports s/w because h/w can't handle that. Also why would you want to watch fhd file on some small screen, you wouldnt notice difference if you compared it to 480p lol

Yes, it does not make sense to watch 1080p video on 4 inch screen. I just wanted to be able to open this kind of files without converting to smaller resolution.

edit: maybe some overclocking could help. I tried CPU tuner, but not find a way how to overclock it to more than 1001 MHz, which is CPU default.
