I am using HTC explorer and a few other android devices. The main problem I face while flashing new roms is the lack of space in System partition! Is there any way to decrease the space of /data and add it to /system? Then I can use int2ext or m2sd script to move /data to /sdext! Any guides would be appreciated!

Impossible. Sorry dude. But it is not possible without hardware change.
(I mean on your PC you cannot give your RAM to hard disk)

Its not the same as ram to hard drive he wants to allocate more of the internal memory to the system partition and less to the user data partition. Still don't think its possible not without completely wipeing everything first and rendering your device a brick. I think the partition is set at manufacture.
