[Q] How to set custom MTD partitions sizes in Samsung Galaxy S?

Hi all,

My question is how to set custom MTD partitions sizes in Samsung Galaxy S?
I saw in this forum and other forums how to do it for other devices (each one in a different way, with different files to download) but not for Samsung Galaxy S.

the purppose is increasing /data/data size in MIUI or CM ROMs since stock size is only 170 MB (and FCs starts when 90% is reached: 153 MB).

Edit: I'm sorry, I was wrong: What I should do is assigning more space to /data/data and not to /data. I found the following links "explaining" that but I don't understand how to do that:
