[Q] How to Unlock Bootloader and Root Atrix 4G Korean Version MB860 GB v.2.3.5

Need help how to root and unlock bootloader on my Atrix.
I bought new Atrix Korean Version.
I tried to use Moto Pete's Tool and Motofail to root my Korean that running on GB V2.4.5 but did not work.
Anyone knows how to do it?
