CROMBi KK Do I need to downgrade from 10.325.1.28 ?

Do I need to downgrade from the preinstalled 10.26.1.28 to 10.26.1.18 in order to install crombi kk 4.4.3 on my tf701 ? I just got this tablet and would like to install that rom , since it worked so well on my tf300 and tf700. Also I noticed that there does not seem to be any support for f2fs or TWRP for that matter. If anyone has any info please drop me a line at [email protected]. I appreciate any help I can get with these issues.

Thanks in advance, Dan5677

Can't seem to update my bootloader to 10.26.1.18.

I got a tf701t. Been having problems since I rooted it and tried using CM11 M8. When I had CM11 running on it, it kept of freezing now and then. Now I have it back to stock I believe and its still freezing and now restarts seconds later. Need some help fixing this please.

Yeah that boot;loader will cause all kinds of issues with CM11 and stock based custom roms.

Have you followed the advice in this thread and others for upgrading the bootloader? You are going to have to flash Asus stock from their webpage to do this.
I believe I managed to fix it now. And I think the freezing has stopped now. Dam after hours after going back and forth.

Says: US_epad-10.26.1.18-30131217

Is that good now and will I be able to using this ROM now?

I hope it is OK to re-use this old thread...

I have a TF701T which I bought new a while back. When first powered up it did an OTA update to android 4.2.1, but it has never seen an OTA since then.

I want to update to 4.4.2 or later, but I seem to be stuck, as it does not recognise a stock image on a micro-SD card, or the root directory, I have tried every US version available on the ASUS server.

The bootloader is too old for a CHROMi-X upgrade, and I don't know how to update it as the stock upgrade procedure doesn't work.

It is currently bootloader 10.6.1.14.10
build JOP40D.US_epad-10.6.1.14.10-20130801

The device is now unlocked, but has never been rooted.

There is a reason Asus firmware files are digitally signed and it saved your bacon! If you have the 10.6.1.14.10 bootloader, you have a TF700, NOT a TF701 and this would be the wrong forum and thread, wrong roms, wrong recoveries, wrong everything.

The JB 4.2.1 update was the last one Asus released for the TF700 and your bootloader is current. All the current custom roms, including the KK roms are running on it.
Head over to the TF700 foum and maybe this would help you: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2688891

Consider yourself lucky! You dodged a bullet here :cyclops:
