Downloaded these files, don't know what are they? how to use them?

• CustomRUU.exe
• Rhodium-HardSPL_V2_00R3.exe
• HTC Touch PRO2 MR1.exe
• Energy.RHODIUM.28244.Sense2.5.Feb.19.7z

Could anyone help understand these and install the latest ROM on my phone.

You are in the wrong forum. Go to this one, and read the first post (stickied), thoroughly. I just did it for the first time last week and it went without a hitch, if you take your time and read it carefully. The instructions are very well put together, do not skip anything! Good luck.
