[Q] How update 4.3 to 4.4.2 and then 5.0.1?

Hi!
i´m from México and i have a S4 active(sgh-i537) and my firmware is 4.3 with Telcel, but can´t update to 4.4.2 or 5.0.1, i check for updates and say me "the last udates have already been installed"

my baseband is I537UBUAMF1.
Help me plz.

Use this guide to use Odin to manually update to NE3 kitkat, from which you can then update to lollipop if you wish

You have the Telcel version of the i537, there is no firmware update for your phone. The files @thisisapoorusernamechoice linked to only work with the AT&T version of the i537. Sorry, but there's nothing you can do until Telcel updates your firmware.

yesterday , i update my S4A, i have 4.3 AT & T version, the problem is this: my S4A had not wifi.

Build Number: I537UCUBML2.

el problema con tu telefono es que es la version para mexico y las actualizaciones de software son para la version de at&t de estados unidos.
lo podrias actualizar si le cambias el bootloader pero no es seguro podrias poner tu telefono en hardbrick. mejor vendelo y compra una version de at&t. eso hice yo .

Hola. ¿Cómo lograste instalar la version de at&t? ¿Lograste arreglar el problema con el wifi? Tengo el mismo telefono y no he podido actualizarlo mas allá de la version 4.3. Espero puedas ayudarme, gracias.

Tengo el mismo problema, tengo mucho tiempo buscando alguna actualizacion pero sin exito, ... ni custom ROMs existen para el S4 active de telcel.
