About two years ago there was a consensus among HTC Titan (Eternity) owners that their devices were being throttled back on the AT&T data network. I had no way of confirming this until I bought my wife the HTC One (M7) and put the devices through their paces and the M7 was generally 3.5 megs down and the Titan 1.5 megs down. We use Straight Talk and are well aware they don't offer LTE (which sucks) but out here in the woods where we live we only have EDGE. What I would like to know is, do we have a tool which we can manually make the edits to upgrade the class in whatever diagnostic menu it is likely to be in. Thanks.
