[Q] HSPA+ to LTE

My provider here in the UK gives all-you-can-eat data with no fair usage policy.

They will be rolling out LTE soon, my question:

Does the US version of the Sensation have different hardware for LTE meaning I will have to buy a new phone or is the hardware the same and LTE will work for me when they start the service?

The US version (at least the T-Mobile version) doesn't have an LTE radio. I'm actually glad - every LTE phone I've dealt with sucked down battery like Coca-Cola!
