I am a new HTC Aria (AT&T) user.

I rooted the phone using the Reflash.exe method downloaded from the Unrevoked website, following the step by step instructions found on theUnlocker.com website for the Aria.

I then flashed the ROM using liberated_aria_ddx_R012_signed.zip found on the xda-developers website, again using the step by step instructions for flashing the Aria ROM found on theunlocker.com.

The process was relatively smooth, and the phone works great! All the proloaded junk is gone freeing up nearly 200 meg of internal storage.

The only "problem" I am now experiencing is that when I power down the phone and plug it in to charge, instead of getting the charging battery display, I now get the phone's recovery menu. Again, this only happens when I power off and plug the phone in to recharge.

While it is not a big deal, if I accidently hit the wipedata/factory reset when picking up the phone, I will obviously be in trouble!! LOL!

Can anyone help me with this issue? I would much prefer to have the battery charging display if there is an easy way to get it back!

ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!

Thanks in advance,
