Hey people, I saw that there was a discussion about Folder Mount a few posts back, so I decided to post here about a problem that I have, maybe you can give me an idea on what to do.
When I first bought my HTC Desire 310, I rooted it and also installed Folder Mount. I installed and set up the games that I want to work on Folder Mount, but I still had problems because of the low internal storage (installing and moving Gameloft games for example, which are usually larger than 1GB). So I decided to try this program from the Play Store :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.codlab.int2ext (Swap Internal and External Memory). I blew it up big time. Not knowing how to properly use it, I messed with the application settings (typed on some lines some settings that were for Samsung Galaxy Note) and after trying to use the program, the phone kept freezing and after each restart, it worked for a few minutes and then it froze again. This was clearly related to Folder Mount, because I factory reseted the phone and after that it was fine...until I reinstalled Folder Mount, tried to link data again..and the same thing happened...started freezing, with the only solution being Factory Reset (Folder Mount wasn't responding anymore and uninstalling it worked, but didn't stop the freezes once I tried linking data once, even if I restarted the phone after the uninstall). I did factory reset again and left the phone like that. Oh and of course, after all this, the Internal and External Swap application didn't work, probably because of the bad settings. So my phone still has its proper Internal Memory.
As long as I don't use Folder Mount (or any application that is related to data-link to micro SD) I can use the phone normally, but if I install Folder Mount, it goes berserk again, until I do factory reset. It seems that I also can't update my phone, it gives me an error when it's about to install the updates, I think it's related to this.
I think it's software related, any idea how to solve this?
