[Q] HTC incredible s Battery not fully charged

Hi
respected Sir
this is my first post
my batttery goes to 55% after 1.5 hours ...
but later on it does not charging more than 58, 59% after 5 hours ...
infact i did hard reset (power + vol down button ) unfortunatly that time battery was less then 60 % ...
please tell me the solution like custom rom etc ...
so that problem can be solved ...

but i m going to install custom rom i.e vivopop 5.1.1 for htc inc s ...
