[Q] HTC One M8 (Roger's) with changed CID help

I'm an idiot.
I got way too excited and thought, "Hey, if I'm being offered an OTA update to 4.4.4, then it HAS to work".

I was running 4.4.3 courtesy of the converstion by graffixnyc.

I was able to start up the device, but got stuck on the HTC splashscreen with the unlocked bootloader icon at the bottom of the screen...

HBOOT is throwing me warnings/errors about incorrect imgs.

I'm able to boot into TWRP, but cannot mount /data or Internal Data.

Because of the above, I'm unable to sideload via adb (fails), and I'm hesitant to RUU into the 4.4.4 GPe, also posted by graffix, in an attempt to right this wrong.

Any idea on how I should proceed?

I'm on a Mac, fwiw.

ADB RUU 4.4.4 GPE will fix for you Go Habs Go!

Remember to follow his instructions (run RUU twice as he states)

How come? Surely it'll fix your problem if you can run the RUU? Besides then you're already updated like you wanted in the first place?

Oh and this thread title is a little bit misleading, it says Rogers...but you're having issues with Google Play Edition(Even if it was a conversion)

Yeah, the inability to mount was why I was hesitant.

As it turns out, this fixed my issue (thankfully).
