How can i solve that? Thanks alot!

Yea, why are you trying to s-off when you didn't fix your issues yet? That is very dumb. Unless you installed a rom and fixed the issues then you can s-off your phone. Also, if you're not a developer, you shouldn't s-off it. There are no use for it on the htc one mini right now.

Hi. Is the s-off not required to use a custom Rom?
The CİD is currently set on Vodafone Germany.

Which ROM should I install?

The current status is that I got a bottloader unlocked
HTC One mini with Vodafone CİD without an OS.

Thanks a lot.

HTC One Mini

Hello
Im using HTC one mini and Im stuck to install ROM now , there is no OS
just stuck on recovery mode with unlocked , I could not flash any ROM into it
My device is S-On also I try a hundred of time for few days ago , but it not possible to flash
As you said you can use OTG cable with female USB adaptor, How it work ?
Please , could you show me how , I will try to make it once again .

not sure about CWM, but with TWRP you can install from a USB flash drive or copy zip to phone and install from there. I've done this myself. The cables can be bought cheap from eBay.

I think you could also use a female to female USB adaptor and put that on your USB sync cable to turn it into a OTG cable. This would be a very cheap option but untested by me, so maybe stick with the normal OTG cable.

Also from my tests only flash drives are supported, not USB hard drives.

BUT... I just thought you might still have to use ADB to flash the boot.img file from the zip. But it may work without doing so... Maybe... Have a look at triggers roms maybe you can get away without needing to flash boot.img. try asking trigger about this.

your best bet is to try following one of the ADB guides on Google to fix your ADB installation.

Just use a OTG cable with a USB memory stick, and select external or USB from recovery. It's very simple.

Or search Google for how to use "ADB PUSH" and copy it over to your phone.

You only need the "OTG cable" not the "female adaptor".
.

If you are S-ON you will still need to flash the "boot.img" from the ZIP file you are flashing. You need to have your phone connected to the computer to flash the "boot.img", and you flash that from "fastboot" on ADB on your computer.

What is your HBOOT? its on the screen when you reboot holding power button + volume down button.

Bricked?

Hi, guys.
My gf's phone just dead. It's One mini (Canada, Fido). Yesterday it had CM11. There was an issue last couple days that the phone reboots and turns off by itself and starts with HBOOT menu. We could get into the actual OS by hiting Reboot 3-4 times in a row. Today this piece of plastic doesn't even want to leave HBOOT. I'm assuming that there is no OS and Recovery installed now. I was trying to flash a new recovery (both TWRP and CWM), but there is an error comes up

***
C:\.android-sdk\platform-tools>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
target reported max download size of 800227328 bytes
sending 'recovery' (8542 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.119s]
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED (remote: image update error)
finished. total time: 1.276s
***
Here is the information from HBOOT screen
UNLOCKED
M4_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.21.0000
OS-3.10.631.5
eMMC-boot 1024MB
Jan 29 2014

I can't even turn on USB Debugging as there is no OS GUI loading.
Is there any way I can fix this?

Thanks in advance!!!
