[Q] htc sensation model id changed in hboot

plz help s-offed sensation rooted flashed alot of roms in a couple of days to get a good battery life but couldnt be satisfied, last two days before i flashed miui pyromod 1.1 and phone was running well. but after changing sim card i cant get network signals on the screen top left is shows no service but i can see sim tool kit in app drawer and it shows network provider name in terminal emulator when i issue getprop command. wifi is working fine but no mobile network signals even i can access sim card contacts.
when i reboot into bootloader the hboot shows version and invalid characters and when i issue getvar mid command from pc it shows machine language characters in mid.
finaly i tried to flash/update hboot to ics fimware after parsing the pg58img.zip package it shows model id incorrect error. i also tried to flash rom via ruu but after rebooting into bootloader the ruu stops and bootloder shows same mid error have done super cid 11111111 but cant flash hboot firmware plz help or guide me how to change htc sensaton mid im uploading a shot got from romtoolbox prop build.

go to your build.prop file and check what mid shows you
use also build.prop editor to change it if is incorrect

Hi can we get a pic of the hboot, and screen shot/log output of the fastboot getvar all command please? Its good that your s-off, if your mid is corrupt you should be able to overwrite it with fastboot, but let's see the output first please (excluding the htc serial and your imei, unless they have corrupted as well.)

currently using htcclays supersensation 1.1 rom. but i tried
RUU-Pyramid-HTC-Europe-1.50.401.1-Radio-10.56.9035.00U-10.14.9035.01-M-release-223042-signed.exe stoped at bootloadr saying that model id incorrect

i assume you have the normal sensation not the sensation xe
try to install the ruu.exe manually(flash it via bootloader as pg58img.zip)

Wow, its not very often this happens let us know if the fastboot command works OK for you, I will look into if its possible to fastboot write your htc serial number back to what it was, but I think the partition that stores this in for for you has became corrupted, quite badly :/

everything was perfactly done by ruu but after turning on the phone stops loading at HTC sensation quietly brilliant screen. I waited for 10 to 15 Mnts tried again after battery removal tried again after flashing cwm and wiped delvik cache. but stops at the HTC sensation quietly brriliant. finaly I flashed again miui pyromod pyramid v1.1. and its running but no service. its shows network provider in building.prop editor but no signal. the question is why pyromod is running and cm 7 also running with no service.

which pg58img.zip did you flash?
3.33 universal from the firmware thread?

tried to flash varoius firmwares but after success and reboot bootloader i c no updayed info it showd same prevoius version. morning i flashed every .img files extracted from 3.33 pg58img pkge and flashed vipers 2 via 4ext revovery rom is running now but stillllllll no no signal.

installed getril and downloaded/rill file for cm10.0 but stillllll no signals

Then i cleaned tempdata with pg58diag.nbh
Now i running stock ruu extrctd rom ics 3.33 widout sim card.
