Simple answer...No.

Answer that may confuse you...The Titan 2 does not have an unlocked/exploited bootloader (HSPL) to install custom roms. The Titan 2 and Titan 1 have different bootloaders and the team that made the Titan 1 HSPL "probably" will not provide you guys one...unless there is a "reward - $$ pot type like system" like the Titan 1 had. Anyway, don't try installing any Titan 1 rom to your phone...you will waste time by it not working...or more likely brick your phone.

Let me add...Windows Phone 7.8 builds 8835 and 8858 are beta, not the final release. Nobody that I'm aware of has the formal "gold" release which is now not expected until Spring 2013 from Microsoft. Assuming you can find the incremental update you may be able to upgrade to either version with Cab Sender. I do know for a fact you can use Cab Sender to perform the incremental upgrade to 7.5 build 8773 (maybe 8779).
