I have a HTC TITAN II phone.
I am wondering if I could get the photos from my phone while it is screen locked? I have 6 months to try the new pin. And I have been having this problem almost 1 year!!! This is %100 my phone and I have already contacted with HTC and Microsoft for several times. They refuse to help me even I send them the official registration papers.
I personally try to back up files with the forum info, but naver manage to do it by myself. As long as I know, with hard reset it is not possible to restore the photos from current locations, right?
What I need
- Only the honey moon photos

- It is up to you
- You can give me xxx times to try new pin alternatives
- You can direct me to crach the phone
I will be happy to help you solve this problem in many ways I can do.
PLEASE, do not write "it's not possible". I know it is just I don't know.
