Hello,
I've been on this site many times over the years and typically can find what I need to, but this one has me stumped.

My HTC Titan was purchased second hand around 6 months ago and has been great. I brought it home after I purchased it, followed the tutorials and updated it to 7.8 through cab sender. It has worked fine up until around 2 weeks ago when I started getting random shutdowns.

The shutdowns at first were random at best, and I thought may have been from it being in my pocket, so I blew it off. Steadily it has become worse, to the point where when I turn it on and it functions great, but for less than 2 minutes (literally, no exaggeration). I use my phone for work installing cable, and this is my biggest asset (GPS, adding equipment, closing jobs, etc).

I have tried:
Restoring from Zune
Reinstalling The .cab files I originally used
Flashing the ROM it shipped with

I even installed a different ROM to load incorrect files in hope of reinstalling stock ROM to fix corrupt/incorrect files

The phone is back to stock ROM but still restarts after less than two minutes.

POI's:
After reinstalling .cab files it did work for around 10 hours before starting random shutdowns again.
Occaisionally goes into Connect to PC mode by itself.

I'm not completely ignorant to Mobile file structures (I have rooted an android and played around with the root/registry files) but I feel completely incompetent because it has been a few years since I dove that far into a device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and please let me know what else might help:

Radio Hardware: 2.26.0.D4

Bump for help
What help do you expect? If you flashed several roms and the phone still has the same issue - than it's hardware issue. No-one is able to fix hardware online. Send your device to workshop.
In case you know how to handle a screwdriver and other tools:
If it happen to first gen device (like Mozart or HD7) I would offer to try to replace SD-card. But Titan has e-mmc on board. So the only offer is - dismount the phone completely. Take off the mainboard with memory chips and try to heat it with a heater gun to fix the possible unsoldered spots. Or just put it to the oven (not the microwave!!!) for 10 minutes. But first remove all ribbon cables and plastic parts.
