[Q] HUAWEI Honor 3C rooting

Can someone explain the advantages of rooting this device. Would original firmware allow installing apps from Google play?What are pros and cons of rooting. the firmware has english? is it possible to upgrade its os from 4.2 jelly bean to 4.4 kitkat officially?

Hello I have updated my H30-U10 with KitKat developer release after that my phone not detecting sims on both slots I have tried to root with vroot 1.7.8 but vroot not rooting the device now can you please help me to root my device? this is H30-U10 WCDMA version I don't know what is B108 etc
