[Q] I am on gb 2.3.3 rom. Gps constantly active

I am running infused gb rom 2.3.3 and I notice my gps icon flashing 90% of the time I use my phone. Even when I shut the gps icon off it still is flashing. Anyone else have this issue? I should not have any application checking this this much.

This has happened to me a few times, fixed by a reboot. I was wondering the same thing. Closing all active apps changes nothing either.

Yeah I've definitely rebooted many times. It's been happening for a bit now.

I'm thinking it's my HD widgets app. Downloaded it and never even ran it before but kept running in the background. Closed all apps and as soon as that one started running again it was accessing gps. Uninstalled. No app should be accessing that that much especially when I've never even ran it before.
