Just make sure you're careful with the bootloader. If you want to be able to flash other ROMs and root make sure you do NOT flash the ML2 bootloader.

OTA updates for AT$T phones are only available to U.S. users. Even if you could update the OTA 4.3 will negate your ability to root the phone. Better off staying on what you have if you have any desire to mod anything.
