[Q] i figured something on Sensation GPS

fisrt i use gps without data plan just enabling gps satellites
what i found that when i switch gps off & leave the phone for more than hour ( 2 to 3 hours or more ) the gps take 5 minutes at least to lock in but after it wouldn't take more than 3 seconds to lock in & maybe the rest of the day it lock in 3 seconds
i'm on stock 2.3.4 using locations & copilot live
so is there any one here have this

Not sure what are you taking about exactly, but I think it's A-GPS. Nothing new

what i meant that after gps bieng colsed for few hours then i switch it on it take 5 minutes to lock in

The stock settings for gps on the sensation are pants to say the very least , i was very disapointed but once i tweaked my settings for the uk i lock on almost straight away.

Look on the market for a free app called Fasterfix, enter your region and country details into that once installed and your gps will be spot on

that's bad because it asked for full root acces
& i won't to void my warranty fr now
