[Q] i have change my x10i with an arc

last month i have bricked my xperia x10i and last day the assurance brought to me an xperia arc 4.0.4 build .587
Today i have obtain the root and recovery (with xparts) because i have locked bootloader.
I know enough the concepts of development but i have questions :
I have just search in the forum but i don't know which zip can i flash and which not and which is the better and without bugs.

what is the best rom for bootloader locked for you (best for stability, quality and use everyday) ??
and what are the best and beautiful theme?
what are the zip to have the status bar with button settings?

I'm also interested in all packages for improve stability, foto and video quality, speed and similar...
