[Q] I have problem to Sync my Lumia 800 with Zune in my PC

Hi All,

I bought a Lumia 800 recently. I tried to sync Music and Videos from my Laptop to my phone. I was able to connect for the first time. But i am getting an error message when i tried to Sync my phone with Zune the next time onwards. The error is "WPD application is using your device. To see sync status, close that program". Now every time i try to sync my phone and lappy i am facing the same issue. Can someone plz helpe me how to resolve this?

I have Windows 7 64bit version OS in my laptop.

Had same "problem". And find out that it was Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 that was the problem.

ctrl+alt+del and close the cyberlink powerdvd process.

Thanks Boburto and Andreas for the info.. after reading this..i tried which windows process is the hurdle to sync my phone with Zune..its the Dell provided Synce software whihc i uninstalled and now i am able to sync my phone and laptop
