[Q] i need help! Please!

So I have sony xperia L UB and installed TWRP recovery. I tried to flash a custom rom then I got stuck at Sony logo. I forgot to backup before flashing the rom so I cant go back. Then I used flashtool to flash the stock rom and this happened. Can somebody hep me!

ok thats bad....
gave you acess to twrp ?
what error comes in twrp?
are you using the old twrp2.8.4.0 (that one was buggy)
