I have never rooted or any of that stuff. I will admit I had quite a bit of apps installed on my phone. I recently did an update and everything seemed fine. The other day I restarted my phone and it would not boot back up. It loops on it's own into the white screen with HTC on it. During the black screen I can hold down my buttons and get into HBOOT but no type of recovery or factory reset works. I did get it to boot into the OS once after this happened but once it lost the charge it will not boot up again. When I have my SD card in all these messages come up saying that some IMG.zip files are missing. When no SD is in it just shows the HBOOT screen. I cannot recover or Factory Reset either way.

My HBOOT screen reads

***LOCKED***
PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.18.0000
RADIO-10.14.9035.01_M
eMMC-boot

Once again I AM NOT IN ANY WAY ROOTED (have no clue what half of you guys are talking about on this forum LOL) and when I select Recovery or Factory Reset, whether my SD card is in or out it just continues to loop. :(:(:(

HOW CAN I FIX THIS THING?

Did you do anything to your phone before that happened?
No. Nothing that should cause this. It had been showing the HTC screen a lot during navigation back to my home screen. I usually restart and this minimizes that action but this time it would not get past the HTC screen. I tried starting from where he told me. When I tried to flash the ROM it kept saying "battery voltage too low replace a battery" although it had been charging. When it charges the light never turns green like it used to. When I unplug the charger the orange light stays on. I finally tried it again and it said something about couldn't update, installed version is older. I did not do the S-OFF in the post he referred me to because I cannot boot into my regular home screen like it asks me to in some of those steps.

If you haven't done anything to it, leave it up to tmobile to fix it.

If s is on and you weren't rooted or. running a diff Rom just have tmobile worry about it.
