My phone is sk17i! And I wanted to change back from ics official rom to gingerbread so I downloaded the rom and tried to flash it trough cwm! Soo i flashed it and when I boot I can see the sony ericsson animation! but after that my phone keeps repeating boot over and over!! so I thought I could flash it through flashtool!!! But it says something about heap size and I can't use flashtool!! What to do?!

Official stock ROMs cannot be installed via CWM.
Explain the error in Flashtool more. Do you have the drivers properly installed, correctly downloaded file?
well... i think soo... i am not some sort of noobie... my computer is just old... and i dont know how to fix the heap problem! :/

well.. when I try to open Flashtool this message shows up; The JMV could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution.
