Since no one can find MF2 or MF3, should I just keep I537UCUAMF1 (4.2.2) and root instead of going to I537UCUBML2 (4.3) OFFICIAL? Is ML2 4.3 really worth it?
It all depends on what you want to do with your phone, no-one's going to be able to tell you anything but their personal opinion in regards to which is version is better, but they may not apply to you. I personally use the 4.2.2 stock ROM that I have customised heavily. I used to use the CM 10.2 ROM (Pretty much AOSP 4.3) and I think that would probably be the best overall ROM for someone who wants to make some minor tweaks and have their phone run a little more like Android should.

You cannot root ML2 or downgrade so if you can live with that, then go for it. Search for the changelog for ML2 to see if it's worth it. You can always try MI2 if you want to try the features of ML2 but want to be able to downgrade to MF1.

Id stay on MF1, I updated to MI2 with root and I regret it. IMO MF1 is better, MI2 has annoying popups after changing/booting to remember covers. And there also seems to be no data toggle in quick settings. Screenshots and previews are bugged as well. It's up to you tho
