[Q] i really need help fast please with my kindle fire 2nd gen

i saw a guy say in other to use a different launcher on my kindle fire i need to delete the launcher apk and install a different launcher but it didn't work at all i tried to factory rest it but it got stucked on boot screen can you help me and i didnt turn on allow adb in the settings

If your kindle is rooted, you can just flash a stock Android OS from your Recovery, you will overwrite the system.

You will need a fastboot cable/adapter, I recommend the team blackhat adapters barcode mentions in his guides.
