How are you trying to get into it

Phone off battery on USB unplugged. Press power Volume up and Down, wait for reboot, let go of power wait for recovery. Also tried keeping power held.

I am having this problem too. It always fails at cache.IMG whenever I flash. I've been able to get it to the Samsung boot logo by flashing the params file then I'm able to get into recovery from there but it also is saying can't mount /cache.
