I ditched my iPad for my Transformer Prime and I couldn't be happier that I did but there's one specific feature on the iPad's Safari browser that I miss dearly, and it might seem negligible to some but I used it daily on my iPad.

When viewing a page in Safari that included text, Safari gave you a "Reader" button on the address bar and if you tapped that button, Safari transformed the page into a more readable format... like a book. Here's how it looked:

The stock browser on our Primes doesn't have a feature like this and I've tried many many many browsers from the market (Dolphin, Firefox, Skyfire, Xscope, etc) and haven't found one yet that has this feature (Dolphin Browser has a plug-in to do just this but the plug-in doesn't work and it hasn't been updated in quite a while, and Firefox has a "Readability" plug-in as well but that one doesn't work very well either).

My question is, do you guys know of a browser on Android ICS that does this? I'll bake you a cookie if you do, I promise!

Installing Firefox and get Readability extension?
I forgot to include it in the OP that I tried that as well and Firefox's Readability doesn't seem to work very well either. Have a look at what it did to this Engadget page:

This is a very cool feature!

Currently, I just use ReadItLater. But, it's not instant within the browser like the feature you describe.
I use ReadItLater as well and love it but like you said, it's not instant, and the bigger issue I have with it is that it doesn't seem to play nice with the LiveJournal blogs I read. For example: I'll add a page from a LiveJournal blog to my ReadItLater list and ReadItLater will instead capture the login screen or the "mature content" screen and there doesn't seem to be a way to get past that. It's infuriating.
