[Q] ICS Firmware Update & Custom Rom

I really got a big problem.

I came from HyperNonSense 1.5.1. After doing the SuperCID stuff with adb, I wiped all my data and formatted the system. Then I put the new Firmware and the Virtuous Inquisition Custom Rom on my sd-card. After flashing the new Firmware my Sensation didn't start (bootloop on the htc screen). I wasn't able to delete the PG58IMG.zip, because recovery isn't working as well...

Please... HELP :'((( what can I do now!?

probably removed the SD card before going into recovery

I was having the same problem after flashing ICS firmware.
In clockworkmod, mounts & storage -> format /cache and rebooted recovery fixed this issue.
