Your pngs are too big. If its too big it kind of loops back, hence the blue line. Reduce the height of the image by I'd guess about 30% and it should work.Why mine look weird?

This specific tab theme is the ICS MDPI Theme off the market. You can use it if you have CyanogenMod 7+.Can anyone tell me how to get this ics look tab working ?

It definitely does - most apps use the tab intent. If you change the "Master Theme", it will change the look of every app using the intent.I dont think these one decides tab in dialer like this:
