Your pngs are too big. If its too big it kind of loops back, hence the blue line. Reduce the height of the image by I'd guess about 30% and it should work.

I reduced all related png by 30% and it become like this

I almost gave up this too
I change the height from 64 to 62 and it works perfectly =D

these file are in framework-res/res/drawable-mdpi
original extracted from galaxy s2(i think) ics theme
need to be resize to 5x64 (original mdpi image size)
i remember ytd i resized to 5x62 and it worked

This specific tab theme is the ICS MDPI Theme off the market. You can use it if you have CyanogenMod 7+.

I'll see if I can extract just the tab images.

I dont think these one decides tab in dialer like this:

It definitely does - most apps use the tab intent. If you change the "Master Theme", it will change the look of every app using the intent.

yes, this is for system framework , stock rom hav twframework-res too so we need to edit twframework-res as well to make EVERY app appear like ics

but the problem is I'm in deep shyt now with no idea how to make this work already
