Help!

It's entirely possible I'm an idiot, but after searching I can't seem to find a an update from MI5 to MJ4 (especially the firmware) for my stock rooted (with CWM) phone without erasing / resetting.

Ideally, someone would point me to something like a rooted update.zip, similar to what Sprint would send out OTA.

Thanks! (especially if anyone can help)

Thanks! Possibly it is..... before I start fishing through 40+ pages, do you know if I can install via CWM over my current MI5 and keep my data / apps?

Thanks again!
It won't work, as it doesn't update your baseband and firmware. That's a stock rooted rom for those whom already have the update.

You'll need the Skunk Ape1 tar file that will revert you back to stock, after which time you will need to reroot and reinstall recovery. Our devices are Mobile Odin compatible now, which could make life a bit easier, but it's your swiftest route to getting the update.
