Hi guys,

I want to install AndroWook Prime HairyBean v2.31 on my stock JB 4.1.1 TF201.

After some searching I still have some questions. I found this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2388355&highlight=recovery+install that is almost what I need:

1. go to asus website download the app to unlock bootloader
2. install TWRP 2.5.0.0 using fast boot
3. read post #1 on this thread http://xdaforums.com/show....php?t=1674827
4. download Upgrade Hairybean 4.2.1 Bootloader & Recovery.zip
5. download Hairybean 2.2.zip
6. follow the steps on post #1

I've done step 1 so far.

I need some help with step 2 though. I've read this page http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/93 and since I only have Linux machines here, do I have to use the "Download - ADB / Terminal method (not recommended)" option before continuing with the "Upgrade Hairybean 2.31 (4.2.1) Bootloader & TWRP (2.5).zip"?

I specifically have to install v2.5 of TWRP right?

Thanks a lot,

Michel

To be more specific, any comments on this plan?:

1. Install general Prime version v2.5 of TWRP using the "Download - ADB / Terminal method (not recommended)" option
2. Install v2.5 of TWRP using the included one from "Upgrade Hairybean 2.31 (4.2.1) Bootloader & TWRP (2.5).zip"
3. Continue with install instructions for AndroWook v2.31

I'm trying to avoid another 'Help my TFP is dead'-post :D

Hurray!

I was willing to take the gamble without it (annoyance-level was high enough) but this is great!
