[Q] Install Rom: Wipe INSIDE ROM???

Hey guys, I'm not a newb to the flashing game but I havent been around for a few months now. Recently, in the instructions I have been seeing "Install Rom: Wipe INSIDE ROM". I understand wipe/wipe/wipe the flash then wipe again. Thats how I've always used CWM.

Do I do the same thing, or is this a new step I dont understand. I'm reading all instructions and threads but it seems that this term is assumed understood (rightfully so, but like I said... been out a while...)

Can someone clear this up for me???

In aroma installer, when installing the Rom you want, it gives the option to again wipe the phone.
